Seven-a-side football, one fixture a week for eight weeks, with a live table and a final.

Each company fields a seven-a-side squad and plays one evening fixture a week for eight straight weeks, always on the same pitch and against a different company each round. The table updates after every match, so the standings actually mean something by the time the season closes with a knockout final and a trophy presentation. Rosters can rotate between fixtures — what matters is the squad showing up, not the same eleven every week.
